PATIENTS WITH INSURANCE COVERAGE

Our office will make every effort to provide you with the highest quality dental care. We realize that some patients are very interested in maximizing their dental insurance benefit plan, and we can help you with that, as well.

Dental insurance plans generally have pre-set services that are covered, and those that are not covered.  Many plans only cover basic materials and services. For this reason, you have a choice to make. We believe that you should be able to choose the best dental treatment for you and your family.

Most dental insurance companies only pay a portion of the fees that are incurred after dental procedures. We require your co-payment to be applied at the time of service.

As a courtesy, we will pre-authorize major procedures with your insurance carrier so that you may see what their reimbursement level will be. After the procedure is completed, we will send the claim to your insurance carrier for you.

PATIENTS WITHOUT INSURANCE COVERAGE

Payment is required at the time of treatment unless payment arrangements have been made ahead of time. We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
